I have a flexible solar cells that can hang on my backpack. Search for circuits that support effective ap & s drum machine.
My 1x2 matrix and takes 12 volts and 400 milliamps at full power at noon. I designed and welded regulate a regulator at 6 volts. But I need something better regulated and more accurate.
The battery is a 3.7V Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 1700 mAh.

What is your regular batt charger? It is a wart? What are the specifications of the wart, which can help in designing circuits.
I have a small notepad SO batt charger, but not greater than 3.7 VT.
